It is a systematic approach by a composite team of engineers and tradesmen to analyze a building's systems and maintenance programs to optimize operating conditions and identify energy conservation opportunities.

retrocommissioned with an average energy reduction of 29% per building. The buildings include:

Turner Hall
ACES Library
Music Building
